As seen above, Section is the top most in the Hierarchy. There are a list of settings that can be applied on the Section. You can see in the image below,  what each one of the icon on the Section means.

COPY #

Click this icon to Copy the whole section’s content. The copied shortcode will be stored in the clip board, which you can paste in another page/place as needed.

VIEW #

This icon is to get the visual preview of the elements in the Section. This is ON by default.

DUPLICATE #

Click this icon to Duplicate the Section. The duplicated section will be placed right below this one.

SETTINGS #

This is the most important part of the Section. Click this and a list of setting options will open. Here is the list of what each one is meant for –

BACKGROUND – You can either have a BG color / BG Image for the section.

Center Scale Image to occupy container

BACKGROUND VIDEO SETTINGS – You can also have a video as the BG on the section. Note – To ensure the video is compatible in all browsers , you have to upload it in all the 3 formats and provide the link respectively.

BACKGROUND OVERLAY SETTINGS

SECTION NAME AND ID
Section Id – This is important, if you are setting you site up as a Single Page Site. the section ID that you give here will be used to link the menu items to this section. More details on Single Page site can be found here.

Section Title – If you enable ‘Single Page Site’ in the page’s meta box, you will see small bullets appearing on the Right side of the page. These bullets will be index to each of the sections in your page. The Title that you give here, will be appear on hovering these bullets.

FULL SCREEN SETTINGS
Full Screen Section – Enabling this will stretch the Section to occupy the whole screen.

Full Screen Section Transparent Header Scheme – Header Color scheme on a  Full Screen Section, with transparent BG. The ‘Transparency’ option can be set up in the Header and Hero sections Metabox.

MOBILE VISIBILITY
Hide If Mobile Devices – Enable this, if you want the Section to be hidden in Mobile devices.

CLOSE/DELETE #

This icon, is to delete the section.

ADD SECTION #

Click this button to Add an additional section.

PASTE SECTION #

Click this button, to paste the ‘Section’ shortcode that you have copied earlier.
